The staff here is super helpful. They are very understanding about returns and exchanges. I placed an in-store pickup order not knowing it technically wouldn’t be ready for 24 hours. I went to pick up about an hour after placing the order (last minute birthday gift) and even though the policy showed it wouldn’t be processed until the next day, the staff was accommodating and pushed the order through since they had the earrings in stock. It can get crowded on the weekends of course but overall it’s a pleasant experience.

I have been a longtime fan of Mejuri and recently had the pleasure of visiting one of their physical stores for the first time. Sarah provided me with exceptional service. She shared extensive product and company knowledge, guiding me through my selections cheerfully. Her assistance left me genuinely excited about my choices. Additionally, Sarah's manager, Amanda, offered helpful insights on ring stacking techniques. They both exceeded my shopping expectations by informing me about the local events happening that day. Thank you Sarah and Amanda for the memorable experience!

Had the best experience getting my 3rd lobe piercings and first helix piercing here. Modey is amazing and her assistant was super helpful. Only downside was they didn't have many of the earring options shown online so the two of us getting pierced had to pivot on what we wanted.

Best quality non-conflict product! If you claim to care about the environment, then you will exclusively buy from Mejuri! Angela, truly made the difference between luxury and retail! Sarah was super helpful during my visit today! She assisted me with a number of things including replacing a bracelet that was experiencing more wear and tear than usual, as well as finding the right size of rings and bracelets for me. In total I left with three new items which I am very pleased with. Really glad I didn’t experience what other negative reviewers here did!

Got pierced today by Angie. She was incredibly kind and patient as I talked through what I wanted to do and answered all my questions! She’s incredibly knowledgeable and was very careful and clean throughout the whole process. I’d come back to get pierced by her again!

I went in the morning and was helped by Natalie. She is so super sweet, friendly and helpful. She let me take my time to look around. I’ve been inside this store about three times, and all three times, the sales associates have all been helpful and friendly. I always feel welcomed onto the store. I have also quite few of their jewelry, and have been happy with every purchase. They have good quality products.
